CONSULT
Have an idea or project? We are here to help.

Your initial phone call gives us an idea of your renovation needs. We will set up a time to meet in person and conduct a site visit. Before the date of the site visit we ask that you complete a short form with details about what kind of work you want done. Please fill out the the quote request form  in the section of this web site and email to us.

During the site visit, we will take measurements and photos, review any existing design plans you may have, discuss at length what you want to accomplish with this project, and offer suggestions on how to solve your space challenges.

We will submit a proposal of work to be completed and cost estimates. If requested, we can also provide letters of recommendation.

DESIGN
Work with our professional staff to solidify your idea.

At this point if we are selected to be your contractor, we will either begin drawing floor plans for your existing and future space or we will ask that your architect provide these drawings to us. If we are doing your drawings, a non-refundable retainer will be collected.

PLAN
Successful projects begin with good planning and attention to details.

Once you sign off on the drawings, contracts are created that both parties sign, clearly designating project scope, fixed costs, allowances, schedule, etc. At this time a down payment is collected and a tentative schedule is set up. For a fee, we will guide you through any and all fixture and material selections, be responsible for their coordinating installations, and make sure you are staying on budget. Or you can select all your own fixtures, making sure they coordinate in design, installation specifics, and price. No construction will start until all materials are selected and ordered.

BUILD

We will schedule all tradesmen and coordinate all material drops.

Throughout the project we maintain an open line of communication. We ask that any major concerns be addressed not only with the crew members onsite, but with the project manager, to assure prompt and appropriate resolutions are reached.

At the completion of your project, you will be asked to complete a punch list agreement that you will sign. Once that list is finished, final payment is collected and a warranty is issued. Also as a courtesy we ask that you complete a customer satisfaction survey and give us honest feedback.
